 2. Instructor & Program Ownership Disclaimer

L.E.A.R.N. is a hub, not a school. We support independent instructors, teachers, and collaborators by providing space, scheduling, and logistical support.

Not a School

L.E.A.R.N. Collaborative Inc. is an independent community enrichment hub. We do not operate as a public school, private school, or homeschool umbrella program. We do not provide compulsory attendance, accreditation, transcripts, grades, diplomas, educational placement, or special education services.

All programs are optional enrichment experiences. Parents/guardians remain solely responsible for their child’s education choices, compliance with any applicable home education requirements, and selection/supervision of programs.

No Affiliation with Private Schools

L.E.A.R.N. is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or partnered with any private school, including The Academy at the PARC. Any reference to third-party organizations is for identification only and does not imply any relationship or endorsement.

Participant and Instructor Representations

You agree not to state or imply that L.E.A.R.N. is a school, that enrollment with L.E.A.R.N. constitutes school enrollment, or that L.E.A.R.N. is connected to any private school. Instructors and participants are solely responsible for statements they make in marketing materials, communications, and public posts.

  • Instructors retain full ownership of their classes, programs, and teaching materials.

  • L.E.A.R.N. does not supervise, direct, or control instructor content.

  • Each instructor is responsible for the accuracy, safety, and delivery of their own programs.

Our role is to connect the community with the people who are passionate about serving it.
